How do I change my address?
Fill out the Change of Address Form, fill in your updated address information, and return a copy via mail or e-mail to the contact information below:

What is a Division Order?
Division Order paperwork is generally issued following the production of oil and gas where your property is located. The paperwork includes your decimal interest, interest type, property name, property number, and owner number.

What is an owner/payee number?
Your owner/payee number is unique to your interest and revenue checks. Owner/Payee numbers are located in the upper right-hand corner of your check detail or the middle of your division order paperwork above your address. Please have your owner/payee number ready whenever you communicate with the Owner Relations department.
When should I expect to receive my revenue check or ACH/direct deposit?
Revenue payments are processed on the last business day of each month. Payment will be issued to ACH owners when the account balance exceeds $25. Payment will be issued to check owners when the account balance exceeds $100. Unfortunately, we cannot provide check amounts or details over the phone for personal security reasons.
How can I set up direct deposit?
Fill out the Direct Deposit Form and follow the instructions provided. Please mail the completed ACH form and a voided check, or e-mail a copy of the form and check to the contact information below:

When should I receive my 1099?
Ownership in Antero Midstream shares generates a form 1099. Following the Simplification Transaction in 2019, Antero Midstream converted to a Corporation and therefor does not generate a Schedule K-1. 1099 forms are mailed out no later than January 31st of each year. If you have not received a 1099 by February 15th, or have questions concerning your 1099, please use the following contact information:

Where is my property located?
If your property is located in West Virginia, Declaration of Pooling documents are recorded in the county courthouse of the county wherein the property is located. Generally, these recorded documents may also be found on the county website.
If your property is located in Ohio, Declaration of Unitization documents are recorded in the county courthouse of the county wherein the property is located. Please contact the courthouse for a copy.
